• Conducting technical meeting time to time with all engineers and managers from pre-construction stage to develop technical competence pavement & structural designs according to specifications, BS codes & ASTM. • Reviewing master plans, monthly and weekly plans and adjusting financial & physical S-curves submitting by contractors for progress marking and delay catch-up using MS project & Primavera 6 • Reviewing and preparing reply drafts for all Contractual documents, designs & schedules • Preparing cost to completion time to time and deriving quantities from IPCs for monthly reports • Reviewing and Certifying Interim payment applications (IPA), Interim payment certificates (IPC) and Statement at completion (SAC) • Reviewing price fluctuations according to formula and indices on monthly basis • Evaluating all variations, EOTs, rate proposals and claims • Conducting weekly progress meetings & participating monthly progress review meeting • Evaluating performance-based maintenance • Supervised the project as Acting Resident Engineer from 01st Oct 2022
