Khant Wai Yan Kyaw

I am Khant Wai Yan Kyaw From Myanmar. I’m writing to express my interest in the waiter position at your establishment. I’ve worked in the F & B industry for almost 2 years. I love serving guests and creating a one-of-a-kind experience for them every time they’re at one of my tables. I’m attentive to details and pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, hosts and other servers.

I have experience of working  under the standard of 5 star hotel (Novotel Max  Yangon) in Yangon as an entry level for almost 1 year and also worked as a waiter on a cruise ship called MV Aegean Paradise for 8 months. During my time there, I gained valuable experiences in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. My journey not only refined my adaptability in delivering excellent service but also developed my personal growth in communication and interpersonal abilities. Collaborating with  diverse team of colleagues from various backgrounds, I build strong relationships to foster great teamwork and perform smooth operation in serving  food and beverages. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, I had to adapt working in diverse schedules and shifts, paying attention to details and handling customer complains, finding solutions and resolving, and providing recommendations of menu items to match customer preferences is something I’m passionate about.
