Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administration Specialist with solid experience in real estate sales documentation and regulatory compliance within the UAE or GCC region. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of DLD and RERA procedures and demonstrate expertise in managing full-cycle property contracts from reservation to registration. Proficiency in document drafting, client coordination, and cross-departmental communication is essential to ensure legal accuracy, timely execution, and smooth operational flow across all property transactions.
Languages: Chinese and English Arabic

Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday
Two-month probationary period
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-cycle Management of New Property Contracts Oversee the entire contract process for off-plan and completed properties, encompassing: – Confirming purchase intent – Issuing reservation forms – Drafting, reviewing, and executing Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) – Ensuring contractual terms align with company sales policies and payment schedules (linked to construction milestones or timelines) – Leading SPA registration with the Department of Lands and Surveys (DLD) or Oqood system – Completing filings within statutory deadlines – Maintaining contract ledgers and client documentation archives
2. Compliance and Risk Management Verify client eligibility documents (e.g., passports) against RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations and company requirements to ensure lawful contracting parties. Review critical SPA clauses (property area, delivery standards, handover dates, delay compensation, etc.), identify and address potential risks with mitigation strategies to prevent contractual disputes. Oversee deposit of purchase funds into RERA escrow accounts to guarantee financial compliance.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration and Document Management Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure information consistency. Handle contract amendments, supplementary agreements, and credit checks for mortgage clients alongside loan agreement coordination. Oversee Chinese translations of foreign-language contracts and policies to ensure Chinese clients comprehend all terms and details.
