Sociabl is seeking an organized, driven, and detail-oriented Social Account Executive to join its agency team in Dubai. This position is tailored for early-career marketing professionals who possess a strong foundation in digital communication, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience handling brand channels. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative execution and client relations, ensuring smooth campaign performance.

Primary Accountabilities

• Oversee the daily publishing schedule and account activities across designated client social media networks.

• Monitor digital touchpoints and actively drive community engagement across diverse social platforms.

• Compile and deliver data-driven social media performance analytics, campaign progress logs, and competitive insights.

• Coordinate with internal creative, copy, and design teams to implement client digital strategies within assigned deadlines.

• Manage direct client communication channels, maintaining professional corporate partnerships and addressing project parameters.

• Track active campaign performance targets and identify strategic adjustments to optimize target audience engagement.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or an equivalent professional domain.

• Technical Domain Knowledge: Proficient application of social media scheduling systems, community moderation techniques, and native or third-party analytics dashboard frameworks.

• Communication Traits: Superior written and spoken English linguistic skills, structured to maintain high-quality client relations and error-free copy curation.

• Geographic Constraint: Candidates must currently be established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with immediate readiness to operate in a fast-paced agency setting.
