Job Summary

Jenzabar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client projects and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and partner institutions. This role focuses on managing project workflows, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting long-term relationship growth within a fast-paced education technology environment.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage detailed production schedules while closely tracking progress against key milestones.

  • Coordinate operational tasks and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

  • Ensure strict project quality control by comprehensively reviewing all deliverables before client submission.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, handle physical asset production workflows, and ensure projects remain within financial targets.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Core Competencies: Solid knowledge of project scheduling, budget tracking, client relationship building, and general marketing campaign coordination processes.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage client expectations independently.
