Description:

Hiring Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Oversee cash flow management and ensure timely payment of obligations.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Support payroll processing and manage employee-related financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of VAT compliance and reporting in the UAE/GCC region.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
