About the Role:

As our Accountant with Real Estate Experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations related to our real estate transactions. From overseeing financial records to ensuring compliance with industry regulations, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions related to real estate acquisitions, sales, and investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an accountant, with specific experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
