Hiring Accountant (Mandarin Preferred)
Location: Dubai
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in real estate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records for real estate holdings and transactions
- Reconcile accounts, track cash flow, and generate monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filings
- Liaise with property managers, investors, and legal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio)
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
