We are hiring an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Dubai real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Maintain accurate records of real estate transactions
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and financial regulations
- Coordinate with property managers, auditors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of accounting experience in the Dubai real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Basic Russian language skills (advantage)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Immediate joiner preferred
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)
