Main Duties

  • Record daily financial transactions and balance accounts receivable and accounts payable sub-ledgers.

  • Input and audit high-volume accounting data within an enterprise SAP ERP environment.

  • Extract financial information and compile analytical reports using spreadsheet calculations.

  • Assist senior accounting professionals during monthly ledger reconciliations and financial statement evaluations.

  • Manage corporate billing folders, electronic receipts, and general administrative paperwork.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Technical Savvy: Hands-on familiarity running SAP ERP environments along with advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel formulas).

  • Core Aptitudes: Consistent numerical precision, sound understanding of baseline accounting rules, and strong operational organization.
