What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing permit and visa applications
- Organizing and overseeing local and international travel arrangements
- Working closely with IT to ensure smooth internal and external operations
- Supporting legal, financial, and compliance objectives
- Handling internal and external company communications
- Managing tight deadlines and administrative deliverables
- Maintaining highly confidential documents and information
- with project coordination across different teams
- Streamlining administrative processes to maximize efficiency
