Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on integrating HR processes and programs into daily operations.
  • Communicate and consult with hiring officials regarding HR-related topics and solutions.
  • Develop and classify positions using OPM (Office of Personnel Management) standards.
  • Conduct in-depth studies on position classification and occupational standards.
  • Offer training and advisory services on organizational design and position management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/certifications.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of federal HR experience, specializing in Classification and Position Management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Certification: Delegated Examining (DE) Certification.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain required security access and clearances.
