Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry/encoding, and document organization
- Handle emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain and update records and other restaurant essentials.
- Assist in filling invoices, and payments from suppliers.
- Support HR and Accountant functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety documentation, and inspection requirements.
