Pyramids Energy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration & HR Officer to join its Infrastructure Engineering team in Abu Dhabi. This role is tailored for an organized professional equipped to support daily human resources operations and corporate administration functions, ensuring smooth personnel onboarding, legal compliance, and efficient processing of government-related documentation.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Oversee comprehensive employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring a seamless structural transition for staff.

  • Manage corporate visa processing, labor procedures, and official employment contract renewals.

  • Coordinate operational tasks via regional government portals, interfacing directly with MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, and related municipal authorities.

  • Maintain organized physical filing systems, digital HR databases, and accurate employee records in strict alignment with UAE labor laws.

  • Support high-level administrative operations, assist in quarterly HR reporting, and facilitate clear internal communications.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.

  • Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience navigating Administration & HR frameworks within the UAE.

  • Technical Insights: Deep operational knowledge of UAE labor regulations and proven experience handling visa processing, document management, and public authority portals.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong organizational capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
