Sam Homes Properties is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our passionate team!

About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting agents, managing contracts (Form A, B, F, I), coordinating with clients and developers, and keeping our internal operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve real estate documentation, CRM management, listing updates, and ensuring seamless transactions across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and handling Contract A, B, F, and I
- Coordinating documents such as NOC, Tenancy Contract, SPA, and other related documents
- Assist in the management of rental properties, including tenant communication and maintenance coordination
- Acts as a point of contact between the manager and vendors, and internal/external clients
- Managing and updating Trakheesi registration and approvals
- Monitoring Property Finder and CRM management
- Supporting agents with document control, listings, and deal progress
- Coordinating with developers, clients, and the internal team for smooth transactions
- Office documentation and supplies management
- Handle general administrative tasks and office operations coordination
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of admin experience or office support in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRMs and Trakheesi is a plus
