Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and assist in daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities: with own Visa
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Maintain records, reports, and office documentation
- Assist in HR tasks such as employee records and onboarding
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients
- Prepare invoices, reports, and presentations as required
- Perform general office duties and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately (preferred)
