Role Overview
Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Lead to provide high-level operational support to business leaders in New York. This role functions as a central point of contact for team operations, balancing daily executive scheduling, document data verification, and workflow optimizations while handling highly sensitive, corporate healthcare information with absolute discretion.
Primary Accountabilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and daily email support to localized business leaders, managing complex calendars and data verification tracks.

Design detailed meeting agendas, schedule corporate appointments, and record analytical minutes for large-scale conference calls.

Process procurement requests and handle corporate purchase orders utilizing the Ariba digital system.

Organize high-volume documentation databases and maintain structural file inventories in accordance with data management guidelines.

Coordinate logistics for large corporate meetings, handle off-site corporate events, and negotiate contracts with cost-effective service vendors.

Lead assigned internal projects, optimize resource allocations, and spearhead administrative workflow automation initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

Professional Tenure: At least 6 years of proven administrative support, office operations, or executive coordination background.

Technical Suite: Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically building PowerPoint presentations, Excel data handling, and Word documentation).
