  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing files.
  • Create detailed and accurate quotations for products or services in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of quotations, invoices, and other financial documents for reference and auditing purposes.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance in all activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.


  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
