Hiring Administrator/Personal Assistant (Real Estate Experience)

Job Description:

As a receptionist/administrator in the real estate field in Dubai, your primary responsibilities include greeting clients, managing phone calls, and maintaining a professional office atmosphere. You’ll handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with property documentation. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.

Requirements:

  • Real estate experience 1 years (mandatory)
  • Applying Online Form A, B & F through Dubai Rest App and DLD Brokers.
  • Posting the ads on Dubizzle, Bayut and Property Finder.
  • Uploading Documents on Bayut and Property Finder through CRM Profoli/PF Expert/ Propspace
  • Well Knowledgeable of Checked, Tru Check, spotlight, Underoffer, CTS and Verified properties on Portals.
  • Making strategy how to use credits on portals.
  • Handling leads and assigning to agents.
  • Editing photos by using different tools.
  • Applying Resale NOCs for property transfer.
  • Arranging the transfer in Trustee Office/DIFC Office.
  • Applying for permit on Trakheesi.
  • Applying and renewing broker cards for agents.
  • Registering new buyers for offplan properties through Emaar app, DP & Merras, DIFC.
  • Registering owners contact details in DLD.
  • Doing Market Search for availabilities.
  • Making Tenancy contract and Ejari.
  • Updating the forecast sheet with the daily listings and deals.
  • Making sure that our ads is on the 1st page every second.
  • Searching new candidates for suitable positions.
  • Providing the customer services (taking the feedback about leads from agent and client).
  • Arranging the viewings for clients.
  • Reporting to sales/leasing manager and owner directly.
