Role Overview

Navix AI is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join its onsite team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on developing production-ready Artificial Intelligence solutions and building innovative products tailored for the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The successful candidate will design and implement AI-powered workflows, integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), and build scalable automation systems within a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup environment.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Design, program, and deploy intelligent product features for specialized freight forwarding operations.

  • Architect and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) deeply into corporate business applications and active processes.

  • Develop automated pipelines for handling high-volume logistics communication, emails, and shipment documentation.

  • Construct robust production systems leveraging data pipelines, prompt orchestration methodologies, and agentic workflows.

  • Collaborate continuously with cross-functional technical teams to optimize software speed, efficiency, and runtime performance.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.

  • Core Programming: Expert-level software development capabilities using Python alongside hands-on API integration workflows.

  • AI Architecture: Demonstrated background building production systems using LLMs, prompt management, and advanced intelligent process automation tools.

  • Environment Agility: Proven capacity to adapt, execute, and deliver scalable code structures inside a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech startup ecosystem.
