Position:Â Housekeeping Manager
Experience:Â At least 10 years of experience in a housekeeping managerial role, preferably from a hotel background, and be capable of handling high-volume residential units and commercial towers. Proven experience in a housekeeping managerial role in a luxury 5-star (or) residential & commercial properties.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field. Relevant certifications in the housekeeping function are preferred.
Expertise in handling high-volume residential and commercial units. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. Adaptive to flexible working hours including weekends and holidays. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service by applying a proactive approach.
Duties: Manage and lead a team of supervisors, public and parking area cleaners, and a deep cleaning team. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high productivity and professionalism. Develop staff development programs and implement cleaning checklists and schedules. • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene by following established proce- dures. Enforce best practices for cleaning, chemical usage, waste disposal, and environmental sustainability. Propose initiatives to improve service efficiency and reduce waste, optimizing inventory control. Build strong relationships with clients and address housekeeping-related requests prompt- ly and efficiently. Seek feedback from clients to enhance services and coordinate with property and mainte- nance teams for efficient turnovers and move-ins. Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, health and safety guidelines, and environ- mental standards. Enforce safety and hygiene protocols within the housekeeping team.
