Position:

1.Accountant (Associates/Senior Associates)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and review receivables-related financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with teams for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivables or similar roles.
  • Real estate background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

2.Legal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and assist with document preparation.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and records.
  • Assist with case management, including tracking deadlines and filings.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a legal support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.

3.Business Risk – Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with risk assessments and analysis.
  • Help prepare risk reports and presentations.
  • Research emerging risks and industry practices.
  • Update risk management documentation.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI is preferred.

4.HR Assistant – UAEN

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
  • Assist with leave, attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Emirati National (holding a Family Book).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
