Position:
1.Accountant (Associates/Senior Associates)
Responsibilities:
- Handle invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review receivables-related financial statements.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with teams for smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts receivables or similar roles.
- Real estate background is preferred.
- Proficiency in Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
2.Legal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and assist with document preparation.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Organize and maintain legal files and records.
- Assist with case management, including tracking deadlines and filings.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a legal support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
3.Business Risk – Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist with risk assessments and analysis.
- Help prepare risk reports and presentations.
- Research emerging risks and industry practices.
- Update risk management documentation.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI is preferred.
4.HR Assistant – UAEN
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
- Assist with leave, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR projects.
Requirements:
- Emirati National (holding a Family Book).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
