Positions:

1). Receptionist cum Admin

Requirements: Candidates with min. 1-2 yrs experience in handling customer calls, patient enquiries and should have working experience in hospitals/medical centers/clinics

2). Administrative Staff (Arabic Speakers)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: Semi-Government Entity

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office management, coordination, documentation, and petty cash management.
  • Proficient in MS-Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Skills:

  • Office management and coordination.
  • Handling documentation and record-keeping.
  • Managing petty cash and other financial records.
  • Supporting daily administrative operations.
