We’re Hiring: Assistant Administration
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration and manage the company’s vehicle fleet for efficient operations.
- Prepare and manage monthly invoices for vehicle leases, traffic fines, and garage services.
- Maintain vehicle allocation records and assist users with fines, service needs, and vendor coordination.
- Track vehicle handovers and clearances during employee leave or exit.
- Ensure Salik/Darb balances and vehicle registration documents are up to date.
- Handle quotes, deliveries, and LPOs for office supplies, coordinating timely payments with Accounts.
