What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide high-quality client support to a specific set of practices
  • Assist the Revenue Cycle Account Manager in report review, billing inquiries, and charge reconciliation
  • Monitor the Revenue Management Report to identify and resolve accounts in EPIC Workqueues
  • Conduct research and follow-up for customer service inquiries and trends
  • Maintain documentation of workflows and manage shared folders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous professional billing experience preferred, particularly in an EPIC environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Effective communication and excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with charge capture processes utilized by healthcare practices
  • Familiarity with IPORT or EPIC queries
  • Ability to guide practices in obtaining necessary equipment for billing processes
