Role Overview

Office Lab is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join its hospitality operations in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who take pride in crafting premium coffee and specialty beverages while delivering warm, welcoming guest service within a professional environment.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffees, mixed beverages, and curated menu items according to strict company quality standards.

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to all guests.

  • Maintain pristine cleanliness, sanitization, and strict hygiene standards across the coffee station and seating areas.

  • Ensure all beverage orders are executed with speed, accuracy, and efficiency during peak hours.

  • Monitor counter inventory, track raw ingredient levels, and keep the workspace fully organized and stocked.

  • Adhere strictly to internal company procedures and regional food safety guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Background: Prior hands-on experience operating espresso machines and crafting specialty beverages is preferred.

  • Operational Pace: Fast, reliable, and capable of working efficiently within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Interpersonal Skillset: Distinctly customer-focused with excellent communication and friendly interpersonal skills.

  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of coffee bean varieties, milk texturing techniques, customer service best practices, and food safety standards.
