Position Profile

Kids HQ Arcade LLC is seeking an energetic and organized Birthday Coordinator / Cashier / Receptionist to manage events and customer relations at its Abu Dhabi branch. This multifaceted role is responsible for processing birthday reservations, managing school group bookings, handling cashiering tasks, and executing seamless, memorable events for families and young guests.

Main Duties

  • Manage birthday party inquiries, guide parents through booking processes, and coordinate customer follow-ups.

  • Consult with clients regarding specific party packages, operational requirements, and transaction payments.

  • Administer school and group booking inquiries, organizing structured visits and field trips.

  • Respond promptly to customer touchpoints across phone lines, WhatsApp Business channels, and email.

  • Supervise the physical setup and on-the-day execution of birthday parties to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

  • Upsell party package upgrades, venue add-ons, and auxiliary services to meet branch revenue targets.

  • Maintain the master booking calendar, ensuring all event logistics are communicated to team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Professional Background: 1 to 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in recreation, hospitality, event coordination, or amusement parks.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent upselling and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a warm, positive attitude.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and prompt communication across digital channels (WhatsApp, email) and in-person interactions.

  • Aptitude: Capable of multitasking in a high-energy, fast-paced family entertainment environment.
