Job Summary

Accendra Health is seeking a highly organized Branch Coordinator to remotely support daily patient care operations and administrative functions across multiple branch offices. This position coordinates critical workflows behind the scenes, ensuring high-acuity respiratory and pediatric patient populations receive equipment seamlessly by collecting compliance paperwork, verifying insurance provisions, and managing delivery logistics.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Support administrative routines across multiple branch offices, serving as an operational bridge between sales representatives, patients, and external medical referral partners.

  • Procure missing medical documentation and physician scripts required to meet rigorous healthcare insurance compliance guidelines.

  • Coordinate patient scheduling databases, confirming delivery and equipment pickup timeframes with clinical technicians.

  • Process new patient intake logs, verify active insurance coverages, secure pre-authorizations for medical equipment, and systematically record billing profiles.

  • Handle inbound client phone inquiries, address equipment performance questions, make outbound follow-up calls, and execute customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Compile post-delivery documentation, handle record retrieval for regulatory audits, and update company electronic databases with high accuracy.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Background: 2 or more years of experience operating within a busy office infrastructure, a customer service framework, or a clinical healthcare administration environment is preferred.

  • Technical Aptitude: Fully proficient navigating Microsoft Office programs, handling cloud-based printing/faxing ecosystems, and maintaining strict digital record management rules.

  • Interpersonal Capabilities: Empathetic verbal communication skills over the phone, clear English written proficiency, and the self-motivation needed to manage tasks independently in a home office.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with basic life insurance provisions

  • Short-term and long-term disability plans plus accidental insurance options
