Job Summary
Accendra Health is seeking a highly organized Branch Coordinator to remotely support daily patient care operations and administrative functions across multiple branch offices. This position coordinates critical workflows behind the scenes, ensuring high-acuity respiratory and pediatric patient populations receive equipment seamlessly by collecting compliance paperwork, verifying insurance provisions, and managing delivery logistics.
Primary Accountabilities

Support administrative routines across multiple branch offices, serving as an operational bridge between sales representatives, patients, and external medical referral partners.

Procure missing medical documentation and physician scripts required to meet rigorous healthcare insurance compliance guidelines.

Coordinate patient scheduling databases, confirming delivery and equipment pickup timeframes with clinical technicians.

Process new patient intake logs, verify active insurance coverages, secure pre-authorizations for medical equipment, and systematically record billing profiles.

Handle inbound client phone inquiries, address equipment performance questions, make outbound follow-up calls, and execute customer satisfaction metrics.

Compile post-delivery documentation, handle record retrieval for regulatory audits, and update company electronic databases with high accuracy.
Skills & Experience Required

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

Professional Background: 2 or more years of experience operating within a busy office infrastructure, a customer service framework, or a clinical healthcare administration environment is preferred.

Technical Aptitude: Fully proficient navigating Microsoft Office programs, handling cloud-based printing/faxing ecosystems, and maintaining strict digital record management rules.

Interpersonal Capabilities: Empathetic verbal communication skills over the phone, clear English written proficiency, and the self-motivation needed to manage tasks independently in a home office.
