Role Overview

A dynamic retail business in Dubai is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead its brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and retail operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving brand positioning, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and optimizing retail performance through data-driven insights.

Core Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand positioning, messaging, and long-term marketing strategies.

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional communication channels.

  • Oversee retail operations, standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation, and customer experience standards.

  • Monitor store performance metrics, track core KPIs, and implement performance improvement strategies.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance analytics to improve overall ROI.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is preferred).

  • Experience: 8–10 years of proven, verifiable track record in Retail Brand Management.

  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills with an ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior effectively.

  • Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of Retail Brand Strategy, Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Retail Operations Management, and KPI/Performance Analysis.
