Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Business Relationship Management Associate who can lead client engagement, drive sales, and ensure seamless operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote & sell products/services to meet monthly targets
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues
- Prepare reports and maintain updated client records
- Collaborate on new marketing schemes
- Ensure smooth service delivery in line with client agreements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus!)
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple clients
- Must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews
