Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Muwaileh Commercial, Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full‑time

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 Per Month (Estimated)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years of GCC Business Development Experience (Mandatory background in a clinic, hospital, or medical centre)

Role Overview

Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join its expanding healthcare team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with corporate clients and insurance providers, and promoting the medical centre’s healthcare services to expand the organization’s regional footprint.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Source, identify, and execute new commercial avenues to expand the organization’s corporate client base.

  • Build, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, insurance entities, and referral networks.

  • Market and position corporate-tailored healthcare solutions and diagnostic services to commercial businesses.

  • Meet and exceed defined monthly business development revenue quotas and growth targets.

  • Deliver professional business presentations, lead negotiations, and conduct face-to-face client pitches.

  • Track local medical market trends to pinpoint fresh opportunities for facility expansion.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • Licensing: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory to support external client travel.

  • Core Competencies: Clear expertise in healthcare corporate partnerships, client relationship management, and strategic business negotiation.

  • Languages: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a distinct advantage.
