Role Overview

AM Health Hub is seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to join its medical services network in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying fresh commercial avenues, expanding the company’s regional market presence, and cultivating long-term strategic alliances with corporate clients, healthcare partners, and key industry stakeholders.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Source, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities and corporate accounts within the UAE healthcare sector.

  • Nurture and maintain robust relationships with medical professionals, insurance partners, and corporate clients.

  • Conceptualize and execute tactical outreach strategies to accelerate business growth and maximize clinic market share.

  • Lead B2B sales activities, manage partnership pipelines, and oversee contract negotiations from initiation to closing.

  • Conduct continuous market research to analyze emerging healthcare trends, competitor movements, and untapped demographic demands.

  • Partner with internal clinical and administrative operations teams to align service delivery with client expectations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Industry Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of proven, field-level sales or business development experience explicitly within the healthcare or medical services landscape.

  • Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to build, leverage, and maintain complex professional networks and strategic corporate partnerships.

  • Interpersonal Skillset: Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and corporate relationship management capabilities.
