Role Outline

DX FutureTech is expanding its market reach and is actively seeking a target-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate the growth of its Salesforce consulting operations within the UAE. This position focuses on hunting for fresh client accounts, initiating strategic commercial relationships, and presenting technical cloud architecture or managed IT services to corporate decision-makers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uncover, qualify, and close enterprise-level business opportunities across the diverse UAE business sector.

  • Forge and sustain consultative relationships with key corporate decision-makers, stakeholders, and CIOs.

  • Pitch and position Salesforce consulting frameworks, CRM integrations, and customized IT staffing structures.

  • Construct and present polished business proposals, project scopes, and professional sales presentations.

  • Negotiate service-level agreements and manage complex contractual sales pipelines through to signature.

  • Collaborate internally with engineering and project management units to ensure seamless transition and delivery.

Technical Acumen & Background Required

  • Industry Tenure: 3 to 5 years of proven IT sales exposure in the UAE, specifically dealing in Salesforce implementations, CRM solutions, or resource augmentation.

  • Language Skills: Bilingual capability is required; candidates must be fluent Arabic speakers.

  • Professional Network: Possess a pre-existing, active network of corporate decision-makers within the local market.

  • Interpersonal Mastery: Advanced pipeline management, persuasive contract negotiation, and public presentation skills.

  • Geographic Baseline: Applicants must currently be based inside the United Arab Emirates.
