Hiring Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: Upto 10,000 AED per month
Experience: 2-4 years in IT Related Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate leads through various channels.
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company offerings and secure sales.
- Implement the institutional sales model to achieve daily call and meeting targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
- Educate potential clients about the company’s products/services, focusing on features, advantages, and
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably in the field of Software Sales, System Integrator Sales, IT
- Sales, ERP, POS and other related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic desirable).
- UAE driving license is a must.
