Job Overview:

As a Business Development Specialist at G&G Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and enhance our market position in the rapidly evolving fields of Metaverse, Blockchain, and AI services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape in the Metaverse, Blockchain, and AI sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to establish and nurture business relationships.
  • Networking & Events: Map out of networking events, conferences and industry meetups & attend them in order to find new business.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations, including contract discussions and pricing strategies, to close deals successfully.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry players, technology providers, and startups to expand our service offerings and reach.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to the management team.
  • Stay Informed: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities and threats.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of Metaverse, Blockchain, and AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
