Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and multilingual customer service representative to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Persian, and Arabic, with strong communication skills and experience in managing patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups for dental and dermatology services.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Center & Communication

  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries in English, Persian, and Arabic.
  • Provide accurate information about dental and dermatology services, doctors, and ongoing promotions.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through effective and friendly communication.

CRM & Patient Follow-up

  • Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with patients after consultation and treatment to ensure satisfaction.
  • Reactivate previous patients and inform them about new offers or treatments.

Reception & Coordination

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Manage daily schedules and ensure smooth coordination between doctors and patients.
  • Support front-desk operations, including billing and insurance coordination.

Marketing & Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing department regarding leads, offers, and campaign results.
  • Assist with promotional activities and handle social media or online inquiries when required.
