Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and confident Call Centre Agents with an excellent phone presence and strong sales skills. The ideal candidate has a perky, powerful, jolly voice, can multitask, type efficiently, and build strong customer relationships over the phone. This role involves calling potential clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining professional communication at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls for sales, lead generation, and business development.
  • Present products/services confidently with a positive and engaging tone.
  • Build rapport with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Convince and convert leads through effective communication and objection handling.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, CRM entries, and administrative records.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Multitask between calling, typing, and updating systems efficiently.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Mandatory sales experience (call centre sales or phone-based BD highly preferred).
  • Experience in business development over the phone.
  • Excellent communication in English; confident, warm, and clear speaking voice.
  • Typing speed minimum 35 WPM.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask between systems, calls, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable making high-volume calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
