Description:
We are currently looking for Call Centre Agents to join OMODA JAECOO UAE.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media chats.
- Track and report customer interactions using CRM and Excel tools to ensure a seamless customer experience in line with company standards.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic communication skills.
- Experience in automotive industry will be added advantage.
- Fresh graduates or those under father/husband’s sponsorship are welcome to apply.
