Education:
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
✔️ Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (a plus, especially in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields)
Qualifications:
Experience:
✔️ Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front desk/customer service role is preferred (Hospitality experience)
Communication Skills:
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication
✔️ Clear, polite, and professional speaking manner
Computer Literacy:
✔️ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔️ Familiar with scheduling software, office systems, or databases
