Job Summary

Al Ameer Building Contracting is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with mandatory Dubai Municipality Approval (G+4) to join its construction operations team in Dubai. This role focuses on supervising on-site residential construction activities, managing project execution timelines, ensuring compliance with structural engineering standards, and supporting the successful delivery of high-quality villa projects.

Primary Accountabilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction workflows for villas and low-rise residential building projects ($G+4$).

• Monitor all structural concrete elements, architectural finishing phases, and general site development activities to ensure alignment with approved engineering blueprints.

• Maintain strict quality control protocols, verify safety compliance measures, and resolve technical site-related bottlenecks efficiently.

• Coordinate operational efforts between project teams, sub-contractors, and engineering consultants throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Ensure all construction methodologies adhere strictly to Dubai Municipality regulatory frameworks and corporate quality standards.

• Draft accurate daily site progress logs, material verification reports, and essential project documentation.

Skills & Experience Required

• Accreditation: Must be a Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer ($G+4$ certification is strictly mandatory).

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Professional Background: 5–7 years of verified UAE hands-on experience specializing inside villa developments and residential building construction.

• Technical Insights: Deep knowledge of structural construction procedures, specialized interior finishing works, and local building codes.

• Mobility: Possession of a valid UAE Driving License and a personal vehicle is required for site transit.
