We Are Hiring – Cleaning Supervisor | Dubai, UAE
Ecoguard Facilities Management (EFM) is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Dubai team. This role suits someone with strong leadership skills and practical experience managing soft services within facilities management. We’re looking for a hands-on supervisor who can oversee cleaning operations, lead teams, and maintain high standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience in cleaning operations or FM soft services, with a track record of managing teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to train, motivate and coordinate cleaning staff effectively.
- Capability to manage multiple sites and perform well under pressure while ensuring consistent service delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of deep-cleaning procedures and standards for commercial/residential facilities.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) to communicate with teams and clients.
- Valid UAE Driving License — required for site supervision and travel between locations.
- Immediate availability is preferred for rapid onboarding.
