Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via meetings, calls, and emails regarding investments
- Keep clients informed on payment schedules, construction updates, registration progress, etc.
- Provide clients with necessary documents and payment receipts
- Track due dates and ensure timely receipt of funds
- Collect payments through various channels (bank transfers, cheques, credit cards, cash)
- Achieve monthly collection targets
- Collaborate with internal departments – accounts, mortgage, handover, contracts – to ensure seamless client service
