Role Overview

Concord is looking for a proactive Commercial Executive to operate within its Dubai logistics division. The position bridges the gap between client requirements and internal fulfillment wings, focusing heavily on generating pricing models, handling shipping contracts, tracking client transit documentation, and managing cross-department communication networks to maintain long-term business partnerships.

Primary Accountabilities

• Field incoming inquiries regarding commercial transportation demands, calculating and submitting formal pricing proposals.

• Input and maintain detailed histories of customer inquiries, operational contracts, rate revisions, and approvals within the Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Monitor live shipment progress and provide active status updates to client stakeholders throughout transit lifecycles.

• Synchronize project planning sequences with internal operations, fleet engineering, and finance departments to evaluate route feasibility, credit control allocations, and scheduling commitments.

• Address client pricing concerns or service changes, resolving operational hurdles or complaints efficiently to prompt repeat business.

• Compile and deliver structured progress metrics and pipeline data sets for review by the Commercial Manager.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a closely matching corporate field.

• Domain Mastery: Comprehensive familiarity with corporate quotation formatting, pricing documents, contract frameworks, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Technical Skills: High operational fluency in Microsoft Office software and standard digital client tracking architectures.

• Core Competencies: Strong organizational abilities, a customer-centric work ethic, and sharp, professional verbal and written English communication traits suited for a fast-paced environment.
