About the Role
The role drives the implementation of C&B programs across multiple units by assisting with market benchmarking, job evaluation, manpower planning, and cost–benefit modelling.
The role is responsible to implement the compensation cycles to ensure compliance, internal equity, and data-driven decisions.
Your key job responsibilities will include the following
Compensation Design and Analysis
- Maintain pay bands, differentials, and internal equity checks
- Perform job evaluation using structured methodologies (e.g., Hay/Mercer/Point-factor) to support consistent role architecture.
- Support annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, off-cycles) with budgeting, analytics, and quality controls.
Benefits & Total Rewards
- Analyze benefits utilization and competitiveness; recommend optimizations aligned to business needs
- Support with the development of cost–benefit I models for new/revised benefits and incentives; provide scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Workforce Planning & Headcount Analytics
- Partner with HRBPs on manpower planning and headcount budgeting; maintain dashboards on headcount, attrition, vacancies, and productivity.
- Assess staffing mix (permanent/temporary/outsourced) to optimize cost and service levels Operations and corporate.
Governance, Compliance, and Equity
- Ensure alignment with local labor laws, statutory benefits, and internal policies.
- Perform pay equity and compression analyses; track remediation actions.
- Maintain documentation, audit trails, and data controls for C&B processes/systems.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Produce executive-ready reports and presentations translating complex analysis into clear recommendations.
- Advise HRBPs and managers on offers, promotions, and retention packages within policy and budget.
- Contribute to change management and communication plans for reward changes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Familiarity with local labor regulations and statutory benefits in UAE
- 4–5 years in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within diversified groups and exposure to automotive and industrial engineering sectors
- Experience in collaborative working with HR Business Partnering and Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with Manpower planning and headcount budgeting, salary structures, Job evaluation methodologies (Hay/Mercer/Point-factor) and Cost–benefit/ROI modeling for rewards programs
- Working knowledge of HRIS e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
