Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and fluent in Arabic? Join our team and play a key role in maintaining ethical standards and ensuring adherence to local and international laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure company compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Draft and review compliance documentation in both Arabic and English.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
- Support training and awareness programs across departments.
- Investigate and report potential compliance breaches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory environments in UAE.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Degree in Law, Business, or related field preferred.
