Responsibilities:
– Handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings (in person, phone, online)
– Provide outstanding customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
– Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for smooth daily operations

Qualifications: 
– Experience in a medical or clinic setup (UAE preferred)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
– Presentable, organized, and patient-focused
– Immediate joiners preferred
