Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
Process sales transactions (cash register/POS system)
Help with social media or online orders

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Basic computer skills
