Job Title: Data Entry Executive

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Overview:

Aldhia Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Data Entry Executive to assist with inputting, organizing, and maintaining various data sets for internal systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, fast typing skills, and a strong understanding of basic office software. The role is best suited for candidates who are diligent, reliable, and can handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Candidates must be inside the UAE.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 2,000 per month
  • Duty Hours: 9.5 hours per day
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Accommodation: Not provided

  • Transportation: Not provided
  • Medical Insurance: As per UAE labour law

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into the company’s system and databases
  • Verify and update existing data to ensure it’s correct and up-to-date
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in a systematic manner
  • Prepare and sort data for processing
  • Perform data backups and maintain security of sensitive information
  • Assist in generating reports as required by the team
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks within the stipulated deadlines
  • Follow company protocols for data entry and documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus
  • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
  • Candidates must be inside the UAE
  • Immediate joiners preferred
