Description:
Tamween Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to efficiently manage order processing and customer data. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that customer orders, stock records, and reports are accurate and up-to-date, supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and record customer orders accurately in CRM and WMS systems.
• Update SKU details and maintain precise customer data records.
• Coordinate closely with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Generate and maintain daily and weekly reports in Excel, including data on orders, returns, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly while maintaining high data accuracy standards.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data entry, order management, or customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software; strong data management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in English.
