Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa is looking for a talented and dedicated Demi Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a busy kitchen and be able to assist the senior chefs in daily operations while maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the menu and recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Support the Senior Chef De Partie in managing kitchen operations
  • Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stocked appropriately
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals consistently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen practices
